At Wein, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across Jordan. This policy outlines how shipping works, how long delivery takes, and what you should expect.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and areas in Jordan, including:

Amman

Irbid

Zarqa

Aqaba

Salt

Karak

Madaba

Ma’an

Other nearby towns and villages

2. Delivery Time

🚚 Standard delivery time:

Within Amman: 24 hours (same-day if possible)

Outside Amman: 24–48 hours

Deliveries are made 7 days a week, including Friday in some areas.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout.

Fees vary depending on location and vendor.

Some sellers may offer free delivery on certain products or during promotions.

4. Who Delivers the Orders?

Deliveries are handled by our local Wein drivers.

In some cases, vendors may use their own delivery services.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive updates via the app.

You can track the status of your order in My Orders → Order Details.

6. Missed Deliveries

If the delivery team cannot reach you, they will attempt to contact you via phone.

If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order may be canceled or returned to the vendor.

Re-delivery may incur additional fees.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order.

Wein is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.
